ACTIVUS WEALTH LIMITED , (“we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.

ACTIVUS complies with its obligations under the applicable data protection law by keeping personal data up to date; by storing and destroying it securely; by not collecting or retaining excessive amounts of data; by protecting personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access and disclosure and by ensuring that appropriate technical and organisational measures are in place to protect personal data.

WHAT IS OUR LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA?

Under Article 6 (1b) of the GDPR, the legal basis that ACTIVUS employs for processing your personal data is that processing of your personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you, the ‘data subject’ is party, or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into such a contract.

We also process your personal data under Article 6(1f) of the GDPR where processing is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate commercial interests, except where such interests are overridden by your rights and interests.
